<  align=left>该中型百货商场平面设计中,总建筑面积为3654.72平方米,共三层,其中营业面积占总75%,仓储为总面积的15%,办公及辅助用房为总面积的10%。建筑采用7.2*7.2柱距,开间六跨,进深四跨,总体长度为43.2米,宽度为28.8米。本楼共三层,一层层高4.5米,二、三层为3.9米。<p></p></P>
<  align=left>商场西为街心花园,南临主要街道,故在西边、南边开六扇主大门,并在西边开一扇残疾人专用门,并设坡道,门旁设置残疾人专用电梯,符合无障碍设计。为分清客流、货流,防止流线交叉,在主要通道相反方向,设置货运专用通道,在通道旁设计货运电梯。商场中央设置自动扶梯,北边设计两部封闭式双跑楼梯,符合防火、疏散要求。在商场东南角设置厕所和盥洗间,东边一层为办公、员工休息室,二三层为仓储间。<p></p></P>

<  align=left>整栋建筑物为全框架结构,除厕所采用现浇板外,其余为预应力混凝土空心板。混凝土选用C25,钢筋选用HRB335钢筋。外墙、女儿墙、电梯井为普通砖,隔墙采用空心砖。<p></p></P>
<  align=left>南北方向柱之间布置主梁,跨度7.2米,东西柱之间布置联系梁,跨度7.2米。和主梁平行方向,每个开间内每隔2.4米布置一根次梁,共两根次梁。基础计算,采用柱下条形基础,沿主梁方向布置。<p></p></P>
<P ><B ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3.             </FONT></B><B >结构计算</B><B ><p></p></B></P>
<P  align=left>对于梁柱钢筋,全部采用电渣压力焊,而现浇板则采用搭接,搭接长度按混凝土结构的规范要求进行严格计算,实际所取搭接长度均大于按理论计算的搭接长度。<p></p></P>
<P  align=left>结构荷载均根据做法按照《荷载规范》统计,采用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载。对于三层框架结构来说,弯矩二次分配法做法是在整体框架进行,按照结构力学的一般方法,算出个节点弯矩分配系数、计算不平衡弯矩,然后进行分配、传递,每个节点一般分配2次。在计算风荷载作用下的结构内力,采用 D值法。<p></p></P>
<P  align=left>荷载内力组合,根据荷载效应分为三种情况:(1)1.2*恒载+1.4*活载(2)1.2恒载+1.4风载(3)1.2恒载+0.9*1.4*(活载+风载)。根据组合大小选出起控制作用的荷载组合方式。<p></p></P>

<>说点看法别介意哦,首先你那个效果图水平有限了(不过这个已属非专业内要求了,你能做出来估计也是课外用了点功摸索的了,恩,先给予鼓励,我也是课外瞎学的)材质、灯光和建模都有缺陷~!尤其是材质,好好努力哦~1</P>
<>其次建筑物中间立面造型稍过于呆板,其实只要再稍做点处理就好了,比方加点玻璃幕墙什么的~!还有就是不知道是你3D摄象机打的方向不对还是我看图角度有问题,感觉怎么对不上啊~!</P>
<>还有就是,这个建筑采用柱下条形基础我认为不是最佳之选,象这种柱网结构比较规则的,我认为采用高强预应力混凝土管桩基础比较好~!(这个不用异议,因为与地质报告是相关的,或许也是你们导师要求的,毕竟毕业设计的目的是为了让我们面面俱到、比较系统的把知识总结一下,做那个基础可能是为了复习土力学与地基基础 吧)</P>
<>那个斜面位置如果在一层可以采用框架剪力墙的话,可以把一进门那个柱子去了,可以让人感觉视觉上比较好一点,另外就可以把电梯转90度,一进门稍偏就可以到电梯`!不用转弯,到二层就可以在剪力墙位置梁上起柱~!呵呵,只是随便发表点个人看法而已~1</P>
<>嘿嘿,够罗嗦了吧,其实你这个让我想起了我去年的毕业设计,比你惨多了,我们的图纸是全手工绘制的,不象你,还可以用计算机,六层的教学楼光柱子就描的我手发酸了,计算书更不用说了~!一样的,也是采用力矩分配法和D值法,而且那个梁柱配筋也是几年前的老土表示,取一榀框架截面表示,现在梁筋用的是平法(你一定知道)柱和楼梯采用柱表和梯表了~1结构计算,如果真的出来,也不用那么可怕了,广厦和PKPM很快的~!漫漫学吧,我毕业后才发现在学校学的东西真的很落伍~!</P>

<>维护结构?因为是框架结构,墙体不承重,所以我的墙体材料使用空心砖,不是红土实心砖,应该符合要求,唯一我不满意的是,没有采用中间天井的自然采光,因为这样屋顶排水要简单许多,时间紧啊</P><>实在没有考虑大型空调,当时荷载不好查到,我对这个也不太懂,防排烟?不知道,可能我们不是同行吧,我猜想是防火分区?</P><>谢谢你了,能听到你们这些意见,对我答辩真有好处,谢谢你了~~</P>
